AdMe Marketing is a strategy-led micro-studio working with eCommerce brands across Meta, Google, and Takealot. And I'm looking for a Paid Ads Coordinator to support campaign execution and account maintenance across our paid advertising accounts.
This is an execution-focused role. Your role is to ensure campaigns are built correctly, updated accurately, and maintained consistently using clear systems and SOPs.
What You Will Be Doing On A Daily Basis
Building and launching campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Takealot Sponsored Ads. Uploading ads, creatives, budgets, and variations based on provided briefs. Implementing budget changes, pauses, and updates as instructed. Handling ad disapprovals and resubmissions. Preparing weekly and monthly reports using templates. Following SOPs, checklists, and ClickUp task workflows. Flagging issues or anomalies clearly and early.
I Don't Ask For Much, But It Would Be Great If You Had The Following:
The Important Bits
1–3 years hands-on experience with paid ads;
Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager;
Basic working knowledge of Google Ads;
Strong attention to detail;
Ability to follow written instructions and systems;
Reliable internet and work setup.
The Nice To Haves
Takealot Ads or Backend experience; Experience working with SOPs or task management tools like ClickUp or Asana; Graphic Design Basic Skills on a Platform like Canva; Agency or freelancer support background
